    Plenty of wines are produced on Australia’s unique Yarra Valley soil, but Strathbogie Ranges – owned by Mac Forbes – is a site to be celebrated. The vitality of the land shows itself on the well-balanced palate of this RS10 riesling. Zesty hints of lime sits on the palate, balanced out with fresh apple. Floral notes of white flowers lighten the flavour, delicately spiced with a touch of ginger and a lingering element of residual sugar to keep it sweet.
