The Serrafini Ferris family have been cultivating the Tuscan land at
Castello del Terricio since World War II. First used for grain, the original vines are still tended today, earning this Tassinaia its full-bodied palate with a complexity of flavours. A blend of Cabernet, Sangiovese and Merlot grapes produce aromas of blackberry, tar, herbs, tobacco and cedar. This is a vintage best served decanted as an accompaniment to beef, lamb or duck.
