Château Gaudin was acquired by the current owner’s grandfather in 1901. The château is situated in the village of Saint-Lambert, about half way between the Pichons and Lynch-Bages, with vineyards on a typical gravel outcrop. The vines average forty years old, and lend the wine classic
Pauillac structure and texture, with notes of dark fruit, tobacco leaf and graphite.
