The current – and arguably most famous – iteration of
Kenzo’s tiger came to fruition almost by accident. Inspired by a feline found inside the waistbands of the label’s archives, it was Humberto Leon that asked for the roaring head to be reimagined on “sweatshirt material”. Said material – a comfy cotton-jersey, since you ask – forms the slouching silhouette of this iteration, with the iconic big cat roaring at the chest in rainbow embroidery.
