What’s Gravner’s secret to top-notch white wine? Well, take the
Ribolla Gialla, as an example. Made with Ribolla Gialla grapes, it’s aged in the ground in large terracotta jars and (complete with skins on) for a year before moving to casks for another approximately six years. Pretty neat, eh? Oh, and as for pairing, we’d recommend enjoying yours with seafood dishes – fried calamari or steamed mussels, to be precise.
