We will regularly keep you updated on the progress of your order by email.

UK & International delivery:

Email Updates

You can track an order through the tracking link in your dispatch email.

Tracking Codes

If you are a registered customer, you can also track your order through My Account. Simply click 'Track your Order' on the Order Details page of My Account, which will take you to our delivery company's website. Unfortunately, tracking links are currently not available for guest customers but you can still use the link on your email.

Mobile Updates

If you provided us with a mobile number, you will also receive updates on the status of your order by text message – including a message on the day of delivery to let you know your order is on its way. Mobile updates are available for most, but not all, international orders.
