Ahead of its 50th birthday, our heritage salt beef bar, The Brass Rail, has reopened its doors with a new look and extended menu – but what will not change is the word famous quality and authenticity of our beef. Our Head Carver Saj has been serving up the favourite since his first day in The Brass Rail in 1973!


Brass Rail is excited to introduce its first ever breakfast menu, which includes the mouth-watering Crisp Beef Potato Hash. New dishes have also been added to the all-day menu, such as The Bialy Roll, a towering pulled hot beef sandwich.


We have added to the offering with a new destination for coffee lovers called Brass Rail Coffee, and have collaborated with coffee experts Origin to create an exclusive coffee blend just for us.


Brass Rail has been serving world famous Salt Beef sandwiches since 1966 and many of our customers who have been coming to us for many years say that it’s the best salt beef in London.

We continue to serve our well-loved and world famous Heritage Salt Beef, and have worked with an artisan bakery to create a new and exclusive recipe for the new Marbled Rye & Caraway bread.
