Sarah Burton looked to the delicacy of the flower for inspiration this season at
Alexander McQueen. After visiting Great Dixter and its palatial gardens, the designer translated the pageantry in the British label’s very own anarchic way. Here she incorporates blooms in four patchwork squares, each hosting the signature ghoulish skull. Other flora and fauna welcome in the theme too with the sighting of a butterfly spreading its wings.
