Covenant 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml

Covenant is made from grapes grown on a three-acre parcel of the historic Larkmead Vineyard in Napa Valley, just north of St. Helena. It is 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, picked at the moment when the wine is at the peak of its phenolic ripeness. The wine is made exclusively from the free-run wine after fermentation and aged only in French oak barrels for approximately 18 to 20 months. It has become one of California's cult wines and the powerful blackfruits with plush tannins make it ideal for drinking now or aging. Kosher certified.
