Traditionally Bathtub gin refers to homemade spirits, made out of necessity during American prohibition. Winner of the World's Best Compound Gin at the 2014 World Gin Awards, this gin from the enigmatic Professor Cornelius Ampleforth is anything but amateur. It's traditionally made in very small batches using a copper-pot still and is infused with juniper, orange peel, coriander, cardomom, cinnamon and cloves.
