Hand of Fatima's olive oil is created from olives that grow and thrive in the Mediterranean sunshine and are blown softly by a billowing sea breeze; its Early Harvest blend is no exception. As the name would suggest, this extra virgin oil comes from fruit picked at the start of autumn when they've reached their full size but not quite ripened. It's peppery and slightly bitter, so why not drizzle yours over a salad or on some delicious crusty bread?
