A 15 year old &#39;Cuban style&#39; <b>rum</b> (<b>Matusalem</b> left Santiago de Cuba after the Revolution), this is aged in a Solera system, and offers notes of dried fruits, sweet spice, a touch of pepper and some vanilla character for added flavour.
