Snap buckle-embellished woven sliders

Bottega Veneta’s ubiquitous slogan, “When your own initials are enough” was first introduced in the 1970s to promote the power of individuality. Now, it appears Creative Director Matthieu Blazy is emulating this mantra, seeking inspiration in the alchemy of streetwear to craft the Italian label’s AW23 collection. Plucked from the line-up, the Snap sliders are set on a chunky platform sole and stitched with oversized, buckled straps that entwine across the sturdy silhouette.
