It’s spliced with skin-flashing fishnet-style panels at the sweetheart neckline and sleeves for a bit of flirt, then defined at the waist with subtle pleating before falling into wide legs. Complement the cropped hems with barely-there ankle-strap heels, and add a pop of red lipstick.
