Now you’re in for a treat. These are the creations that made history for Artisan du Chocolat: No1 Original liquid sea salted caramels. Invented for Gordon Ramsay's menu at Claridge’s, they’re the first chocolates to be filled with an entirely liquid centre. On top of that, they’re encased in a hard milk chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder. You better eat them whole; once you take a bite, the creamy caramel will burst out.
