This
Bergerac is unfiltered and spends two winters in the cellars for natural stabilization before bottling. Nearly black in the glass with a dark purple rim, very fine black and red fruit gradually emerge on the nose that is held firm by the wine’s chalky minerality. Lots of ripe red and black fruit on the palate, backed by delicate tannins.
