What recipe does
Filotea follow to create its pasta? While we can’t say what each step was to whip up this batch of
Fettucine, we can tell you is that it includes carefully sourced flours, durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs and started out in Italy’s Marche region. Inspired by the fresh dishes that would have been served for Sunday lunches, the strands of pasta are slowly dried at low temperatures, creating a texture that’s primed for soaking up sauces and flavour.
