Tracking your order

We will always send you an Order Confirmation email when you place an order on selfridges.com. If you were signed into your account when you placed your order you will be able to follow the progress of your order online.

Sign in to My Account

Sign in to My Account and find your order in 'My Orders' to view the status. Occasionally, we may send your order in more than one parcel. You can check the status of each parcel by selecting 'View Order' from the 'My Orders' page.

Don't have an account?

If you placed an order as a Guest, we will send you an email as soon as we've shipped your order or when your order is ready for collection. Occasionally, we may send your order in more than one parcel. We will send an email each time we dispatch a parcel.

We will keep you updated about your order until your parcel is delivered or it is Ready to Collect from one of our stores. Choose between UK Delivery, Click & Collect and International Delivery to find out how we will keep you up to date.

UK delivery

Email Updates

We will send you an email as soon as your items have been shipped. Occasionally, we may send your order in more than one parcel. We will send an email each time we dispatch a parcel.

Tracking Codes

When shipping most of our items, you will be able to find a tracking code in My Account. To find your tracking code click 'Track Order' on the Order Details page of My Account. Tracking codes are not available for orders placed using Guest checkout.

You can use your tracking code to track your parcel at http://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace.

Mobile Updates

For most items, if you provided us with a mobile number when you placed your order we will send you a text message on the day of delivery to remind you that your order is on its way. If you are unable to accept the delivery you will have the option to collect from your local Post Office™, deliver to a neighbour or redeliver the next available day.

Click & Collect

Email Updates

To keep you updated, we will send you a 'Ready for Collection' email when your order is available for collection in store.
