This NARS push eyeliner brush has a Japanese nylon flat edge brush. The brush is ideal for applying smoky shadows to the base of the lashes, and is designed to impart a smooth, fine line but soft enough to blend colour into the base of the lashes. This flat–headed brush easily pushes medium or dark powder shadow into lash line with expert precision. NARS brushes are hand made, each brush designed with only the finest quality of hairs and a delicately weighted handle to provide the necessary balance for professional and precise make–up application.
