  • How to use: After removing your eye makeup, wet your face thoroughly with tepid water. Squeeze a penny-sized amount of the lotion onto your fingertips. Massage onto skin. Cup your hands and rinse at least ten times. Or to use without water, simply apply and remove with tissue
