Grind over potato wedges, drizzle with olive oil, season with Just Salt and roast in a hot oven until browned and crispy.

Grind onto strips of chicken breast with a few glugs of oil to griddle until just cooked. Sprinkle over a salad or sandwhich between two layers of fresh ciabatta. Forget the diet and add a dollop of lemony home-made mayonnaise.

Add to any marinade, glaze or basting sauce  for added kick and complexity before roasting, grilling or bbq–ing.

Grind over fresh haloumi cheese to panfry until crsip and brown on the outside and irresistibly soft and gooey on the inside. Serve immediately with toasted pita bread.
