The recipe for this traditional vinegar is from the Vezzeli family, pioneers of the balsamic vinegar of Modena. Aged inside large ancient casks, this vinegar matures in picturesque Emilia–Romagna region of Northern Italy. With a density of 1.25 this typical Italian vinegar is perfect on meat, salads, fish and even ice cream.
