Celebrated Italian chef Giorgio Locatelli's dishes are all about using the freshest, highest–quality produce, as reflected in his own Locadeli olive oil, which is exclusive to Selfridges. After being carefully picked, the olives are washed and milled within hours to ensure they don't bruise, oxidise or ferment. The result is a deliciously rich olive oil with spicy notes and a strong vegetable nose. Perfect for dressings or just on its own with plenty of crusty bread.
