Bepi Tosolini's Most di Fragolino is made from the pulp of the grapes as opposed to the skins, making it a softer smoother digestive. Resting in ash barrels gives it a light, golden appearance and distinctive fruity aroma. Hints of vanilla and almonds form a balanced taste and a silky palate finished by a zesty lift on the tongue.
