Named after the bay which frames Waterkloof’s eagle’s view from the top of the Schapenberg outside Somerset West, False Bay Wines is an extension of the Waterkloof estate. They understand to get good pinotage you need low yields and old vines. The wine has bags of juicy fruit, soft tannins, and notes of banana, blueberry and strawberry.
