The Crossings' Sauvignon Blanc features notes of tangy limes on a finely textured palate, providing a wonderful length of flavour. Produced in the Awatere Valley where fruit display a unique pungency, it has lovely aromas of passion fruit mixed with citrus notes. Awatere Valley has earned the status of one of the finest viticultural regions of New Zealand due to the incredible refinement and mineral character of its grapes.
