Le Garde-Manger de la Falaise is a range of sustainable olive oils and vinegars from French chef Daniel de la Falaise. Made using the finest ingredients, this bay and chilli-infused extra virgin olive oil comes from the Tuscany estate of the Sesti family, the makers of Brunello di Montalcino wine. Farmed biodynamically, de la Falaise follows the lunar cycles to determine the ideal time for planting, cultivating and harvesting to achieve the most flavoursome and fragrant end result.
