Sal de Ibiza's small grain natural sea salt is enhanced with the finest selected blooms of rose, cornflower, marigold and orange blossom for a colourful seasoning that is exceptionally rich in vital minerals and trace elements. Harvested exclusively in the nature reserve 'Parc natural de ses Salines d'Evissa' and produced using traditional artisan methods, it is simply dried by the sun then ground in ancient stone mills. Ideally suited as a decorating finish to spring or summer salads, or use to add a picturesque sparkle to fresh hors-d'oeuvres.
