This is made in a tiny distillery on the Isle of Mull, although it is un-peated the water that the whisky is cut with has a peaty influence so a gentle smokiness can be felt on the palate.  This is a fresh citrusy whisky, with a hint of orange, vanilla, gingerbread and sea salt.
