Selfridges Says

Botran harvest their sugar cane from the family estate in southern Guatemala. The rum is aged high in the mountains to encourage slow and intense aging. Botran's Reserva is aged for 5 to 14 years and is blended through a modified Solera process, using several types of barrels, including those previously containing American whiskey, re-charred American oak and sherry. The result is a rich, intense rum with layers of caramel, vanilla and sweet spices.
