The Cervoles estate runs a state of the art winery with the ethos that it is the vineyards where care and attention must also be paid.   The result is wines that, although modern in style have a very definite sense of place. On nose intense, woody and spicy notes appear with plums and red fruit jam. On the palate the tannins are ripe and voluptuous and supported by well balanced acidity, the finish is long with a hint of liquorice.
