This wine is made from the Jacquère variety, which is found in the Savoy region in France. Typically it produces light, neutral white wines but Giles Berlioz works organically and biodynamically to get as much varietal and terroir character into his wines as possible. Fresh, zesty flavours with a chalky finish.
