Jeffrey Grosset has been making some of Australia's best Riesling for the last 30 years and was one of the first to bottle his wines under screw cap.  His wines show a purity and intensity of fruit, which rivals some of the world's great Rieslings. Polish Hill Shows youthful tautness with a hint of lime blossom, sea shell mineral flavours and a long taut finish that lingers dry and satisfying.
