A classic ingredient for the famous Italian aperitif – Spritz.  First made in 1919 from a blend of rhubarb, orange and a variety of herbs, this delicious spirit offers a similar taste to Campari but with a touch more sweetness and a bit less alcohol. Just add to white wine, soda water and a slice of orange, then sit back and relax.
