San Leonardo is based high in the hills of Trentino and produces one of Italy's best Bordeaux blends.  The blend is made up of 60 per cent Cabernet Sauvignon, 30 per cent Cabernet Franc and 10 per cent Merlot. The Cabernet Franc here ripens to perfection and gives the wines the longevity and elegance that this grape can do when given the opportunity.
