Touch control
Access to basic functions is hyper-intuitive, thanks to a touch panel located on the entire surface of the right earpiece. Swipe the panel vertically to set the volume, or swipe it horizontally to skip music forward or rewind. Zik headphones also have a unique presence-sensor system. Removing the headset puts it into standby mode automatically.

Hands-free calling
Simply tap on the right headphone to take a call, touch the panel for two seconds to reject it. Move one finger vertically to a second incoming call, press the panel to end the call.

Parrot Concert Hall effect
For a brand new listening experience, the headphones provide you with powerful DSP algorithms to reconstruct the sound, giving the impression that the music is coming from in front of you. To configure the Parrot Concert Hall effect, just download the free Parrot Audio Suite app for iOS or Android.

Active Noise Cancellation
To ensulate external noise, Parrot has developed an ultra-high performance active noise cancellation system which elimates up to 98% of ambient noise. While traditional active noise cancellation audio headphones only use two microphones to analyse ambient noises, Zik headphones have four microphones located inside and outside earpiece, offering complete clarity while listening.

Crystal-clear conversation
For optimum listening while on the phone, Zik headphones are equipped with two technologies for pinpointing the sound of your voice. Equipped with two directional microphones and a jaw bone sensor, Zik captures the vibration of the jaw bone and merges it with the sound of your voice for reliable calls.

Compatbility
Zik headphones are compatible with all mobile phone brands and accept a large number of music sources: connecting via a cable jack; transferring audio files using Bluetooth A2DP stereo or using contactless NFC technology, which has never been achieved before on a headset.

    Returns

    You can return goods to Selfridges online or to any of our stores free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging with any labels still attached.

    Where products have been opened they will be accepted if returned with all the original packaging, accessories and manuals, but a 20 per cent surcharge will apply to the refund price to reflect the reduced value of the goods.

    We have extended our returns policy over the Christmas period so that gifts bought between 9 November and 24 December 2010 can be returned from 28 December 2010 until 9 January 2011. Exclusions apply; please see our returns policy.
