The patented GreenTek cooking surface can be used with metal utensils, requires minimal washing and is dishwasher safe, as well as eliminating the need for oils or fats. The five–layer clad–aluminium construction distributes heat evenly and efficiently to avoid hotspots, while the 18⁄10 stainless steel finish is oven safe up to 260°C.
