How to order

  • Call the service desk on 0207 318 3458 (We are available 9am - 5pm Monday to Saturday).
  • We will take your payment details (including security details, billing address, mobile and email address) and process the payment while you are on the phone.
  • Choose collection or delivery. You can collect your caviar in store, or have it delivered within London W1 - please ask for details when you call.
  • We will check that the caviar is in stock and give you a date for collection, normally the same day or within 24 hours.
  • You can add other Foodhall items to the same order.

Caviar collection

  • Caviar is available for collection from our London store only.
  • Your caviar will be ready for collection at the smoken fish counter in the Foodhall.
  • You can collect your caviar during store opening hours.
  • Please bring your reference number with you.
  • Caviar can be picked up 24 hours after ordering. We will hold your caviar for seven days only.
  • You will be given a Foodhall receipt.

Caviar delivery

We also offer a delivery service for customers within W1. Please ask for details when you place your caviar order.
