UK Delivery Options

Standard delivery to most UK postcodes costs £4.95 per order and takes three to five working days.
If a parcel is small enough to fit through a letterbox, it may be delivered by Royal Mail but most parcels will be delivered by carrier and will require a signature on delivery. If you are out when the carrier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date.
For the Scottish Highlands and Western Isles please allow up to six working days for standard delivery - and for Shetland and Orkney up to ten working days. Unfortunately standard delivery is not available to the Channel Islands.
Nominated/Next day delivery
You can choose a delivery date with our nominated day delivery service Monday to Saturday, including next day delivery (if you place your order by 4pm Monday to Friday). For certain products, you may be given the option to choose a time window on your selected date: morning, afternoon, evening or even between school runs.
Standard delivery: £8.00

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Unfortunately our nominated day delivery service is not available to the Scottish Highlands and Western Isles, Oban, Aberdeen, Inverness, Shetland, Orkney, the Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. We do offer nominated day delivery to Northern Ireland for certain products, but you will not be able to choose a time window.
Same day delivery
If you simply can't wait until tomorrow, we offer a same day service as long as you place your order by 4pm. This service is available when ordering certain products for delivery within and round the M25. If your postcode and the product selected is eligible, you will be offered this service at checkout at a cost of £16 per order. Deliveries will be made between 7pm and 10pm.
If you have a UK Home delivery order, you will be sent a text message on the evening that your order is dispatched confirming your delivery date. If you have ordered standard delivery this could be up to 48 hours in advance.
On the morning of delivery you will be sent a text message to let you know that your delivery is due that day, giving you the option to reschedule delivery to a different date, leave with a neighbour or to send to your local Post Office for collection.
You will then receive a further text message 30-90 minutes before delivery.
Please note, you will not receive the final pre-delivery message if you have opted for a delivery service before 10am.
delivery TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
You can have goods from the same order shipped to multiple addresses. Just select this option at check out and click on the 'Edit' buttons in your shopping basket to arrange an address for each item.
Please note that if you select multiple delivery addresses, the delivery charge will be applied to each delivery.
For international orders, we can only ship to a single address per order. For multiple addresses, you can use the 'Save for later' functionality to keep products in your basket for additional orders to a different address.
DIRECT DELIVERY BY BRAND
Please note that some items such as flowers and furniture are shipped directly from the supplier. You will be given specific delivery options for these items when you order. Please see specific supplier delivery information below.
Technical goods are shipped directly from the supplier. You will be given specific delivery options for these items when you order depending on the price of your order.
Delivery is within three working days and the costs are:

£1001 & over: FREE
Please note that Click & Collect and International delivery is not available for technical goods.
We will send out goods according to the delivery day selected. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or foliage to the value of the order placed if we do not have the exact flowers or foliage in stock.
Our goods are sent out by courier on a signature optional delivery. This means that the flowers can be left on the property (porch or step) or with a neighbour if there is nobody home to accept delivery. If nobody is at home, the flowers will be taken back to the delivery depot and the recipient will be left a card asking them to call to arrange redelivery. The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown. We do not accept any liability for incorrect postcodes or house names or numbers leading to deliveries to incorrect addresses.
We can deliver to most UK postcodes but there are exceptions in the Highlands and Islands. We are currently unable to deliver to the following postcodes or areas:
AB37-38, AB41-56, DG, IV1-20, IV25, IV30-37, IV63, KW1-3, KW6-10, KW14, PH15-26, PA21-35, PA37-39, PH33-49, IV21-24, IV26-28, IV40, KW5, KW11-13, FK18-21, PA36, PA40, PH30-32, PH34-41, PH50, HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA62-76, PH42-44, TD, ZE1-3, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scilly Isles.
You can choose a delivery date with our nominated day delivery service, 8am-6pm, Tuesday to Friday or 8am-1pm on Saturday, including next day delivery if you place your order by 2.30pm.

Please note that Click & Collect and International delivery is not available for flowers.
HAMPERS DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Ordering a hamper with us is quick, easy and hassle-free. Here's some useful information for when you've selected your box of treats.
Parcels will be delivered 3 to 5 working days after the order has been placed. Our carriers deliver between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Parcels will be delivered the following working day after the order has been placed, providing the order is placed before 1pm. We are unable to deliver at weekends and Bank Holidays.
Parcels will be delivered on the day specified at checkout. We are unable to deliver at weekends and Bank Holidays.
The delivery charges for your hamper order will depend on the cost of the item and the delivery option selected.

OUT OF AREA AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
There is no extra charge for delivery to the Scottish Highlands but next / named day delivery is unavailable in these areas. Delivery to the Isle of Wight (postcodes PO30 and upwards) and Isles of Scilly (postcode TR21-25) will incur a surcharge of £5 per parcel. Delivery to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man and Scottish Islands will incur a surcharge of £10 per parcel - as a guide these include the following postcodes: BT, HS, KA27-28, PA41-88, PH42-44, IV, KW1-17, IM and ZE. Delivery to the Channel Islands will incur a surcharge of £15. For all deliveries within Europe, there will be a surcharge which will be calculated when ordering, based on the delivery address and the weight of the parcel. HOW TO PAY
Selfridges accepts payments by: Selfridges account card, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Maestro. Cheques should be made payable to Selfridges Retail Ltd. We accept BACS transfers by prior arrangement.
WINES AND SPIRITS
Hampers and gifts that include alcohol may only be ordered by customers aged 18 or over.
Make it special with a personal greeting, free of charge. Write a message up to 300 characters long and we'll pop it in the hamper (sorry, but we're unable to include personal cards).
All deliveries are fully insured. In the unlikely event your hamper arrives broken or damaged, claims should be made on 0800 138 8141 within 48 hours of receipt. Claims for lost parcels must be made by 1st February 2014.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You may cancel your order providing that you follow the following guidelines:
- Notify us of the cancellation in writing / email within seven working days of delivery.
- The goods must be unused and nothing must have been opened.
- You must make sure the goods are available for collection by our carrier who can only collect during the daytime on weekdays (not weekends or Bank Holidays) within 21 days of notifying us of the cancellation. We will pay the cost of the cancellation unless you or the recipient fails to organise the collection within 21 days of the cancellation.
All items shown are subject to availability. If we do happen to run out of any of the products, we reserve the right to substitute these with an item of equal or greater value. The hampers and gifts shown only contain the items listed.

Click & Collect
Selfridges Click & Collect is a complimentary delivery-to-store service available at all of our stores.
The service allows you to choose a collection date that suits you up to 14 days.
We'll send you a 'ready for collection' email when your parcel has arrived in store. When you've received this email, bring it (printed or on your phone) along with your payment card or a valid photo ID to your chosen store's dedicated Click & Collect area.

If a friend collects the order on your behalf, please make sure they have the order number and their valid photo ID.
If you are unable to collect your order within 14 days of the collection date, your items will be returned and we will process a refund within 21 days of your original collection date.
Some items may be available for Click & Collect only or home delivery only. Please see the product page for more details.
Cartier Click & Collect Service
If you have placed a Cartier Click & Collect order, please go directly to the boutique in the Wonder Room, in our Oxford Street store to collect.
For Cartier products, we will only be able to hold your order for 5 days before your order is cancelled and you are automatically refunded.
If you have placed a Cartier Click & Collect order and would someone else to collect the order on your behalf, you need to email email@example.com with the name of the person who will be collecting the order. They must bring your Ready to Collect email, your valid ID and their own valid photo ID.

All payments are in British pounds sterling. We will remove UK taxes and calculate local taxes and charges for you so there are no surprises when your parcel arrives.
We accept all major International credit cards.
We want you to be thrilled with your Selfridges parcel - so if you're not, we will be happy to offer a refund. You can return goods to Selfridges via the post or to any of our stores within 14 days of delivery.
Delivery to multiple addresses
Unfortunately delivery to multiple addresses is not available outside of the UK.
