Would you like to join our mystery shopping panel?

At Selfridges we aim to provide a world class shopping experience and we rely on you to tell us how we are doing. So if you have ever fancied yourself as a mystery shopper, this is your chance to join our panel and tell what you think. Here’s what to do:

• Register online.
• Shop at your nearest Selfridges at a time convenient to you.
• Complete a short questionnaire online when you get home.

Once we have received your completed questionnaire we will send you a £10 gift voucher to thank you for your time.

There are a few restrictions. You must register online before you complete your mystery shop, and please note that customers should stay on the panel for a limited period only so that as many customers as possible have the chance to book visits. Selfridges team members, their friends or family should not apply.
