At Selfridges, we are committed to providing an exciting shopping experience to all of our customers. All of our stores have lifts to enable easy access to each floor and we also offer free wheelchair hire within all our stores; simply book in advance by calling 0800 123 400 (overseas callers +44 113 369 8040).

Access
Wheelchair access with automatic doors is available on Edward Mews and on Orchard street via the Foodhall. Manual door access is available on Duke Street. In store there are ramps to ease access around split-level floors. A Wheelchair lift is available between the Foodhall and Stationery departments on the Ground Floor. Car parking is available on Level 1 with a lift to all floors.

Adapted fitting rooms are available in: Men's Superbrands (First Floor), Women's Personal Shopping (Second Floor), Women's Superbrands (Second Floor), and Lingerie (Third Floor).

The following restaurants have step-free access: Food Garden & Cafe (Fourth Floor), Champagne & Oyster Bar (Ground Floor), Gordon's (First Floor) and Aubaine (Second Floor).

Access
The Manchester Trafford store is fully wheelchair accessible. The entrance via the Fountain at the front of the store does not have automatic doors but is accessible from the lower level car parks and public transport. The Trafford Centre has disabled parking spaces in each of its car parks.

Wheelchair customers can access the store from Park Street, St Martins Square and the Birmingham Bullring. If you are traveling by car there is a footbridge between the top level of the Moor Street Car Park and the store. The doors here are manual.
