One of the oldest of all Bordeaux vineyards (first planted in 1300),
Château Pape Clément has been undergoing something of resurgence recently, thanks to dynamic manager Bernard Magrez. This wine has achieved a rare 100 point score from prominent critic Robert Parker; this shows ripe blackcurrant, smoke, blueberry and camphor wood characters.
