Refunds and returns
Not 100% satisfied? We'll be happy to offer you a refund within 14 days.
Before you return your item(s) please make sure that they're unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels, tags or hygiene seals still attached.
How to return an online order
If you have a Selfridges account:
- Sign into your account at www.selfridges.com
- In My Account, go to 'My Orders'
- Select the order number you would like to return
- Click on 'Return Item'
- Select the Return Quantity and Return Reason
- Select the individual items or 'Return all items'
- Click 'Continue'
- Print out the returns label and barcode

Return a UK or Click & Collect Order:
Attach the pre-paid returns label and barcode to your parcel and take it to the Post Office. You will need to post your items back within seven days of the return being authorised. We recommend you request proof of postage and keep your receipt from the Post Office until your return has been processed. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
If you have ordered from the UK and the value of your item(s) you are returning is over £250, we strongly advise you to use our courier collection service. Please contact our Customer Services team by emailing email@example.com or calling 0800 123 400.
Return an International Order from the EU:
Attach the returns label and barcode to your parcel. You will then need to complete the ‘Shipper' information in section 2 of the pre-paid DHL form included with your order before contacting them to organise a collection. To find your local telephone number visit www.dhl.com and select your country.
Return an International Order from outside the EU:
Please see the instructions on the reverse of the International Returns Form included in your delivery parcel for the next steps to complete your return.Please note we will not be able to refund any local taxes or customs charges associated with your order. However, you may be able to claim these back directly from your local customs office.
If you wish to return unwanted, faulty or damaged goods that were purchased via Paypal for a full refund then you must return your goods by post or courier, and we will then process a refund direct to your PayPal account. If you return products to a store, you will be given a gift card for the refunded amount.
Once we have accepted your returned items, we will reimburse the price you paid to your original credit/debit card or e-voucher.
For online returns we can only offer a return and not an exchange, although you are welcome to exchange the item in store.
Returns to store
You can also return products to a Selfridges store within 14 days, just remember to bring either your receipt or your online returns form with you.
Please note that some things such as cosmetics, flowers and technology products cannot be returned either because they are perishable or for hygiene reasons. Personalised items are also non-returnable. See our Terms and Conditions for a longer (but non-exhaustive) list.
None of the above refund terms affect your statutory rights in the UK when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
