Every step of the whisky-making process happens at
Springbank’s Campbeltown distillery (a town once hailed as the ‘whisky capital of the world’, no less). Over the course of 15 years of aging, it brews up a storm in the form of this dark, ominous single malt. Demerara sugar and almonds strike you first, swirling into a creamy palate of fig, marzipan and vanilla, before leaving notes of oak and sherry in its wake.
