Would you like to join the Selfridges Mystery Shopping Panel?

 

Our aim is to provide a world class shopping experience and we believe that our customers are the best people to tell us how we are doing. We would therefore like feedback on your "real" shopping experiences. All you need to do is...

 

  • Register using the link below.
  • Shop at your nearest Selfridges at a time convenient to you.
  • Complete a short questionnaire online when you get home.
                                
        Once we have received your completed questionnaire we will send you £10 to thank you for your time. Registration online must take place before you complete your mystery shop. We will only be looking for customers to stay on the panel for a limited period to ensure that as many customers as possible have the opportunity to book visits. Selfridges team members, their friends or family should not apply.
