A cheese board of 5 different flagships cheese (Cow, Goat, Ewe) made in our different dairies in France: Ossau Iraty (Ewe's Milk from the Valley of Ossau), Morbier Bichonne (Pampered in our Workshop), Comte 24 Months ( Comte aged in our Cellar) , Chevre Fermier Bichonne ( Pampered in our Workshop) and Secret du Couvent Bichonne (Cow Milk cheese pampered in our Workshop ), . Also 2 portions of pasteurised salted butter and a 40Gr Raphael Black Fig.
