Back in 1904 when Brazilian aviator, Alberto Santos Dumont was struggling to tell the time from the cockpit, his dear friend Louis Cartier set to work; who could have known that he would create one of the first-ever timepieces? Fast forward to 2020 and the watch is still as revolutionary as ever – the Santos-Dumont watch is crafted from 18ct rose-gold set on a smooth leather strap, with 52 brilliant-cut diamonds twinkling around the bezel.
