Sustainably farmed in Swartland, South Africa, hand-harvested, and after spontaneous fermentation, the naturally carbonated Pot Luck from New Theory is created. The pinotage grape benefits from the red, coffee-stone soil and an altitude of 500 feet above sea level, producing a flavour sensation packed with ripe red fruits and saline notes with balanced bubbles. This pétillant naturel style (otherwise known as naturally sparkling) is a modern take on the ancient winemaking process and is best served chilled.
