Founded by actor and stage designer Eli Russell Linnetz in 2018, ERL is in some ways an ongoing creative project. When asked to make a collection for the inauguration of a flagship store in LA, Eli was driven to invoke the feeling of nostalgia he had for Venice Beach where he grew up. Inspired by the surfers, skaters and creatives, the initial collection had a distinctive laid-back mood. These days, it only continues to experiment further.
