- Application: apply a thin layer of our everything nice lip balm to prep lips for a perfectly smooth canvas. Use the ultra slim bullet to line lips for precise, mess-free application. To make lips look even poutier, choose a lighter shade to highlight the centre of your upper and lower lips. Layer our at the borderline lip liner and on your collar liquid lipstick underneath for depth and dimension. Blot lips with a tissue for a stained look. Use a flat, synthetic brush dipped in foundation to correct any mistakes. Once your lips are perfectly coated and the formula is set, blot your lips by gently squeezing lips together over a tissue to remove excess product and prevent slippage. Don't forget the corners! Don’t layer setting powder over lipstick to have it last longer. Powders can cause oxidation, change the lip colour, and emphasize creasing.
